| Game review: An entry for the first Hololive Fan Game Jam. The jam theme was "reflect". Very fun action game featuring Gura! Fight the sea creatures, avoid or pop bubbles and clear rooms to see how far you can survive. The trident can be thrown as a ranged attack and it will bounce back from the enemy, but be careful because missed throws will leave you defenseless until the trident comes back. The game turns into a bullet hell if too many enemies are let spawn on the screen. Finally, the rooms are surrounded by a mirror wall. If you dash into them, you will go into the mirror realm, where everything happens at a faster pace, but you can get healing items to recover HP. I really liked the trident homing return and the very well done hit feedback. The sound effects are also on point. My longest survive time was 1 minute and 9 seconds, mostly played inside the mirror dimension. |
